Seriously though working out is so important as we all know. There are so many options out there. My biggest thing is just do something & get moving.
- Orange Theory
- Kick boxing
- Beach Body work out
- Cross fit
- Soul Cycle
- Jet Set Pilates
- Walking outside
You name it, it is out there! Just move for 20 minutes a day for 3-5 times a week. You will feel, look, deal with stress & think better.
You have to find what specific workout best suits your body; everyone is different. Find something you enjoy. If you don’t like it you won’t do it. However, I will say, you do have to push yourself! No one is like, “yah I can’t wait to work out! This is Soo exciting. “
To work out when you don’t feel like it; you have to have a TOUGH mental game. Focus on the feeling of how you will feel after it is done. What you will look like after being committed 3-5 times a week for “6” weeks. How you will look & feel in your clothes.
My favorite is focusing on the food I get to eat because I worked out well.

Yes, I admit I work out because it is good for me, but mostly because I am one of those people that “lives to eat” instead of “eats to live.”
I love food so much that I NEED to workout regularly!!
For me what works best is working out 3/4 times a week. I prefer weights. Why??? I love to build more curve & again you can eat more when you do weights.

I do not enjoy cardio at all!
However, on the flip side I believe that you are 80% what you eat. So, if you have to choose one or the other……..eat better.
